I’m putting college work above everything these days, because if I don’t give it my all and get into the university I want to I’ll be heartbroken, it’s one of those cross road moments in life I suppose. But home chores and family time are basically non-existent. What’s getting to me more is the fact that I rarely go out any more. I don’t see my friends or give myself time to even unwind, feeling constantly highly strung. I want to but I can’t put them first agh. I’m 18 in just over a week and I couldn’t be less excited… I can feel friendships slipping away, I mean, there are a perfect few who completely understand and I’m very thankful for that, but others have picked up that ‘I’m not much fun anymore’, apparently, and have just packed up shop. It’s just hard. But will pay off? I don’t know, JUST RANTING SORRY.
